How to use:
Apply to cleansed face, neck and décolleté. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse with water. Use 2-3 times a week, for sensitive or couperose prone skin, not more often than once a week.

UK Postage. All orders are sent VIA Royal Mail services, Hermes, DPD or other reputable courier service. Our goal is to provide the best service for the money. Please allow 10 working days for the UK delivery, as courier services are affected by the COVID restrictions too. If the parcel is not delivered after 10 days, please let us know, we arrange a refund.
International Postage. Please note that customer will be responsible for paying any duties, taxes & fees that may be required. These fees are typically collected in your country by customs or the delivery agent. Belcosmet cannot be held responsibility for any payments mentioned above.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for delays or non-delivery, in case the address or post code supplied is incorrect or incomplete. During the checkout please specify any special requests in regards to the delivery - safe place to leave the parcel etc. Belcosmet is not to be held responsible for the missing orders left in a flats lobbies or any other insecure places unless explicit delivery instructions are given by the customer.
In case of unsuccessful delivery, when the time is expired and the package is still pending recepit, packages will be sent back to Belcosmet by our delivery partners. In most cases the delivery partner leaves a receipt with details of the missed delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of the shipping using the email link provided when purchasing.
It is a customer's responsibility to accept the order when it is delivered by a courier or arrange a redelivery or collect the order from the delivery depot. If the order tracking shows an unsuccessful delivery attempt made and the customer did not arranged redelivery and did not collect the order from the Post Office or delivery depot, the refund is not issued.
