In the unlikely case if you're not happy with your order, you have a right to return it within 30 days after purchase. The product(s) must be unopened and unused, in the original packaging, factory-sealed. Please be advised that if the returned item(s) does not satisfy to the requirements mentioned above, the refund will not be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to cover transportation/shipping payments for returning the product(s).
For hygiene reasons used cosmetics can not be returned.
Items bought on sale cannot be refunded.
How to get a refund:
Please email us at email@example.com. Specify "Refund" and the order ID in the email title. Provide us with details on the items to be returned. Let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement.
Please, pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. We are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition.
Unfortunately, we can not offer a free return service. The customer is responsible for covering transportation/shipping payments for returning items. The shipping cost is non-refundable.
Please consider using a tracked shipping service. We can not provide a refund for the item(s) that we haven't received.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We normally process returns within 3 working days after receiving the returned products. You should receive a refund within 2 weeks. If you didn't recieve the refund, please follow these steps:
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to receive a refund of any package sent back to us by our delivery partners, we reserve the right to refund the price of the goods ONLY, the initial cost of shipping will not be refunded.
If you wish to have the package sent out again, the additional charge for the repeat shipping applies.
If recieved products are damaged or defective, please email us straight away at email@example.com and we will help you out! Please send us photos of unopened damaged box with the delivery label on it and images of the damaged content, so we can open a claim with a carrier.
