In the very unlikely event you are not happy with your order, you have a right to return it within 30 days of purchase. The product(s) must be unopened and unused, in the factory sealed original packaging. Please be advised that if the returned item(s) does not satisfy to the above mentioned requirements the refund will not be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to cover transport costs for returning the product(s) back.
For hygiene reasons used cosmetics can not be returned.
Items bought on sale cannot be refunded.
How to get a refund:
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Specify "Refund" and the order ID in the email title. Provide us with details on the items to be returned. Let us know please if you would like a refund or a replacement.
Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. We are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition.
Unfortunately we can not offer a free returns service. The customer is responsible for covering cost of shipping for returning items. The shipping cost is non-refundable.
Please consider using a tracked shipping service. We can not provide a refund for the item(s) that we haven't received.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We normally process returns within 3 working days. You should receive a refund within 2 weeks, however if you have not please follow these steps;
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Items returned back to Belcosmet from our delivery partners
Packages will be sent back to Belcosmet in the event of an unsuccessful delivery having exceeded the time period awaiting customer collection. In most cases the delivery partner will leave a slip with details of the missed delivery, sometimes this is not the case. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of the shipping using the email link provided when purchasing.
If you wish to receive a refund any package sent back to us by our delivery partners; Belcosmet reserve the right to refund the price of the goods ONLY, the initial cost of shipping will not be refunded.
If you wish to have the package sent out again, Belcosmet reserve the right to charge additionally for the second shipping.
