Belcosmet will deliver your purchase according to the delivery option selected at the check out.
UK Postage. All orders are sent VIA Royal Mail services, Hermes, DPD or other reputable courier service. Our goal is to provide the best service for the money. Please allow 10 working days for the UK delivery, as courier services are affected by the COVID restrictions too. If the parcel is not delivered after 10 days, please let us know, we arrange a refund.
International Postage. Please note that customer will be responsible for paying any duties, taxes & fees that may be required. These fees are typically collected in your country by customs or the delivery agent. Belcosmet cannot be held responsibility for any payments mentioned above.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for delays or non-delivery, in case the address or post code supplied is incorrect or incomplete. In case of unsuccessful delivery, when the time is expired and the package is still pending recepit, packages will be sent back to Belcosmet by our delivery partners. It is a customer's responsibility to accept the order when it is delivered by a courier or arrange a redelivery or collect the order from the delivery depot. If the order tracking shows an unsuccessful delivery attempt made and the customer did not arranged redelivery and did not collect the order from the Post Office or delivery depot, the refund is not issued.
